servo press

Zhuen servo electronic press is a precision CNC press-fitting equipment independently developed by Shanghai Zhuen Industrial. It adopts a servo motor matched with a ball screw drive and is equipped with a PLC touch control system, realizing full closed-loop control of pressure and displacement. The position accuracy can reach ±0.01mm, and the pressure accuracy is ±1%, meeting the requirements of high-precision assembly production.

The equipment can display the press-fitting force-displacement curve in real time, judge whether the product is qualified online, automatically store and export the press-fitting data, and support docking with the MES system to realize quality traceability throughout the production process. It has multiple sets of editable press-fitting programs, and can freely switch between various process modes, adapting to processes such as press-fitting, shaping, riveting, and correction.

Compared with traditional hydraulic equipment, this machine saves energy and reduces noise, has no hydraulic oil stains, is easy to maintain, and is equipped with safety protection devices to ensure production safety. It is widely used in the assembly of precision parts in industries such as auto parts, 3C electronics, motors, hardware, and die castings. It can provide non-standard customization according to customer working conditions, making it a preferred press-fitting equipment for precision intelligent manufacturing.
